How CVRD Health works
Step 01
Connect your payroll system
Point CVRD Health at your existing payroll data source. Native connectors are available for Deltek Costpoint and ADP Workforce Now. For any other system, a structured CSV upload works in minutes with no column-mapping wizard.
Once connected, CVRD Health pulls employee records, job classifications, and pay rates. You won't re-enter data that already lives in your payroll system.
Step 02
AI maps each employee to the correct wage determination
Using the contract number, place of performance, and NAICS code, CVRD Health queries SAM.gov to retrieve the controlling wage determination. The AI then maps each job title in your payroll to the corresponding SCA employee classification or Davis-Bacon labor class.
Ambiguous mappings are flagged for one-time human confirmation. Once confirmed, the mapping is locked and reused every pay period until the classification changes.
Step 03
Fringe equivalency validated before payroll closes
Each pay period, CVRD Health calculates whether your benefit contributions satisfy the H&W fringe requirement for each contract. If an employee's combined benefits fall below the H&W floor, a shortfall alert is issued before the pay period closes so your payroll processor can issue a cash-in-lieu adjustment.
For employees working across multiple contracts, fringe allocation is tracked per contract to ensure each contract's H&W floor is independently met.
Step 04
WH-347 certified payroll generated automatically
Once payroll closes, CVRD Health assembles the WH-347 Certified Payroll Report and the Statement of Compliance from your validated payroll and fringe data. The output is DOL-format compliant and ready for submission to your contracting officer or contracting officer's technical representative.
All source data, mappings, and fringe calculations are retained in the audit trail. If a DOL investigator requests documentation, you export the package in one step.
